Who is responsible

This website is run by Alexey Kucenko, an independent developer based in Latvia. I decide how your data is used and I’m the one to contact about it: aleksejs@kucenko.dev.

What data I collect

When you send a request through the project quiz: your answers, the contacts you fill in (name, phone or WhatsApp, Telegram, email — only the ones you choose) and a promo code if you have one.

Along with the request: the site language, the page you arrived on, the site you came from and campaign tags (UTM) — so I know where requests come from.

If you press “Get confirmation in Telegram”: your Telegram name, username and ID. If you write to me in Telegram, WhatsApp or by email — whatever you send.

Why I use it

To reply to your request, prepare an estimate and discuss the project — steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

To understand which channels bring requests and to protect the form from spam — my legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

I don’t send newsletters, and I don’t sell or share your data for marketing.

Who else processes it

Vercel hosts the website and counts anonymous visits. Telegram delivers requests to my chat. Resend sends the confirmation email. Some of these providers are in the USA; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics are anonymous and cookieless. Campaign tags and a promo code from the link are kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab.

How long I keep it

As long as we’re discussing or working on a project. If we don’t start working together, I delete the request within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask me what data I have about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or get a copy — write to aleksejs@kucenko.dev, I’ll reply within a month.

You can also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).
